Jim LaMorder

I was born and raised in Southern Vermont. I also have ties to the Wilmington area. My father ran a ski shop in the late 50’s and early 60’s. Down the street was my uncles barber shop with pool tables and he and his wife rented rooms over the shop. After the service I went to the UMass for golf course maintenance and became a golf course superintendent. After 35 years in the business decided to take up photography. At first I was interested in landscape photography, with the suggestion of a photographer to lean toward real estate photography.

Over the past few years I have built up a clientele in southern Vermont. Recently bought a new house and I am now longing to branch out.

In the past few years I have been in Pittsburgh Engineer Magazine, Vermont Magazine, numerous front covers of New England Showcase.
